Located in the village of Cuisles, Champagne Moussé has been making small-batch sparkling wine in the Vallée de la Marne since 1750. Although Pinot Meunier is often viewed as a less-serious grape, Champagne Moussé champions the variety. ‘Perpetuelle’ Blanc de Noirs is produced from organically farmed Pinot Meunier (95%) and Pinot Noir (5%) aged 24 months on the lees. Mineral-driven, chalky, and red-fruited, this wine is an absolute stunner.
