Vinified in stainless steel vats with 9 g/l dosage, the Brut Tradition is 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. It is pale yellow, with a brilliant green hue, delicate and intense bubbles and beautifully aromatic with hints of citrus fruits, lemon, and mandarin. The energetic bead and slightly higher dosage makes this wine a great substitute for customers who may like Veuve Clicquot but are seeking grower Champagne value.
