Brut Sablé Rosé Nicolas Francois Aubry is bright, translucent and understated, all qualities that are further enhanced by the low pressure bottling Aubry favors for their Sablé-series wines. This is an especially ethereal, chiseled style. Pretty saline and savory notes grace the finish. The blend is 30% Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir co-fermented and pressed together in a saignée, 25% Petit Meslier, 20% Arbanne, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and 5% still Pinot Meunier. Disgorged on June 2016 with no dosage."
